4. Subscription & Billing

GetBotDesk currently offers subscription-based services. Pricing may change in the future with prior notice.

5. WhatsApp API Charges

Meta conversation charges may apply separately depending on WhatsApp Business usage. These charges are controlled by Meta Platforms and not by GetBotDesk.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party platform issues.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with Meta, WhatsApp, payment gateways, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Their separate terms and policies may also apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

GetBotDesk and Ashirwad Web Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or business losses resulting from platform usage.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, software, logos, and content belong to GetBotDesk and Ashirwad Web Services unless otherwise stated.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

12. Trademark Disclaimer

GetBotDesk and Ashirwad Web Services are independent technology service providers and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. WhatsApp and Meta are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

13. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to use our platform for spam, phishing, fraud, illegal activities, misleading promotions, or any activity that violates WhatsApp or Meta platform policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these policies.
